If you are in Quad and need to submit a ticket to our help desk, start by clicking on the '?' icon in the upper right hand corner.
Next, click on the 'Support' option from the dropdown menu.
You will then be prompted to type your question or problem you are experiencing. For example, "password reset" or "can't access courses".
Once you type in your question, our system will search our Knowledge Base for related articles. However, if none of the articles are helpful, you can get in contact with an agent.
You will then want to fill out the rest of the information and click 'Submit'.
An agent will get back to you shortly.
