We are pleased to announce that Quad now has a new and improved Knowledge Base! The Knowledge Base houses hundreds of articles designed to answer questions related to Quad, Canvas, Adobe Connect, and much more. We have included a variety of resources for students that will help improve your Quad experience.You can even submit a ticket directly to our helpdesk from the Knowledge Base!
Our new look is designed to optimize the search function and quickly get you answers to the questions you have. You can use the search bar in the Knowledge Base home page to search the question you need an answer to.
If you still can’t seem to find the answer you’re looking for after exploring the Knowledge Base, feel free to submit a ticket to our help desk. You can do this by clicking on 'Submit a Request' at the top of the page.
Once you have found what you are looking for, or have submitted a ticket, you can easily navigate back to Quad from the Knowledge Base. Simply click on 'Visit Quad' at the top of the page.
